قواعد الكورسات

  • نرجو الحضور في الوقت المحدد لبدء ونهاية الحصص.
  • في حالة تأخر الطفل عن موعد بداية الحصة لا يتم تعويض الوقت.
  • يُسمح للمشترك بالغياب مرة واحدة شهريًا، ويتم تعويضه عنها خلال شهر الاشتراك ولا يتم ترحيل الحصة.
  • في حالة التخلف عن الحضور في حصة التعويض لا يمكن تحديد موعد آخر.
  • يرجى التأكد من إرسال إشعار بالغياب قبل يوم على الأقل من موعد الحصة، حيث إن الاعتذار في نفس اليوم أو الغياب دون إشعار مسبق سيُحتسب كغياب بدون تعويض.
  • في حالة عدم الرد على رسائل تأكيد الحضور تعتبر الحصة ملغاة لعدم التأكيد ولا تعوض، وفي حالة انتهاء شهر الاشتراك يعتبر موعد الطفل ملغى تلقائياً.
  • برجاء العلم أن رسوم الاشتراك لا تُرد ولا تُستبدل بأي كورس أو ورشة أخرى.
  • لا يتم تمرير أو ترحيل الحصص لطفل آخر.
  • في حالة الرغبة في التوقف لفترة يرجى إبلاغنا مسبقاً والتأكد من حصول الطفل على الاسكتش الخاص به (المكان غير مسؤول عن الاسكتش في حالة تركه).
  • المكان غير مسؤول عن أي بقع ألوان قد تصيب الملابس لذا يرجى ارتداء ملابس مناسبة.
  • يتم توزيع الأطفال على المدرسين وفقاً لقرار الـ Teachers Head، ولا يتم تغيير التوزيع إلا بعد الرجوع إليهم.
  • يلتزم جميع المدرسين بتطبيق المنهج الأكاديمي المعتمد، والذي تم تقسيمه إلى مستويات (Levels) متدرجة وفقاً لمهارات ومتطلبات كل مرحلة.
  • لا يُسمح بتجاوز أي مستوى أو الانتقال إلى مستوى متقدم دون استكمال المتطلبات المحددة للمستوى الحالي، إلا في حالات استثنائية يتم تقييمها والموافقة عليها مسبقاً من قِبل الـ Teacher Head.

قواعد الكامب

  • يرجى إبلاغنا مسبقاً بأي حساسيات أو حالات طبية خاصة بالطفل.
  • رسوم الكامب والدفعات المقدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد.
  • يمكن تأجيل الدفعة المقدمة فقط في حالة الإبلاغ المسبق بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
  • الاشتراكات لمدة يومين يجب حضورها خلال نفس الأسبوع.
  • الاشتراكات الأسبوعية يمكن استخدامها فقط خلال أسبوعين متتاليين.
  • يتم احتساب يوم الكامب كيوم كامل بغض النظر عن موعد وصول الطفل.
  • الأنشطة التي يتخطاها الطفل بسبب التأخر في الوصول لا يمكن تعويضها.
  • يرجى الالتزام بمواعيد تسليم واستلام الأطفال.
  • إدارة الكامب غير مسؤولة عن أي بقع ألوان قد تصيب الملابس لذا يرجى ارتداء ملابس مناسبة للأنشطة الفنية.
  • لا يُسمح بإحضار الألعاب أو الهواتف المحمولة أو الساعات الذكية أو أغراض ثمينة داخل الكامب.
  • لا تتوفر خدمة ناني (Nanny) داخل الكامب.
  • يرجى كتابة اسم الطفل على جميع متعلقاته الشخصية.
  • قد يتم عرض فيلم قصير للأطفال بعد انتهاء الأنشطة أو بينها عند الحاجة.
  • يُسمح بإحضار سناكس من الكانتين فقط بعد موافقة ولي الأمر.
  • قد يتم التقاط صور وفيديوهات أثناء أنشطة الكامب لاستخدامها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • الغياب دون إبلاغ مسبق قد لا يمكن تعويضه.
  • للحجز أو الاستفسارات، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال مواعيد العمل من الساعة 10:00 صباحاً حتى 7:00 مساءً. سيتم الرد على الرسائل المرسلة بعد هذا الموعد في اليوم التالي.
  • الأدوية: لا يُسمح بإعطاء أي دواء للطفل داخل الكامب إلا بعد إجراء الترتيبات اللازمة مسبقاً والحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر.
  • المسؤولية الشخصية: إدارة الكامب غير مسؤولة عن فقدان أو تلف أي متعلقات شخصية يتم إحضارها من المنزل.
  • قواعد السلامة: يجب على الأطفال الالتزام بتعليمات المدرسين وفريق العمل وجميع قواعد السلامة أثناء الأنشطة.
  • تفويض استلام الطفل: يرجى إبلاغنا مسبقاً إذا كان شخص آخر غير ولي الأمر أو الشخص المصرح له سيقوم باستلام الطفل.
  • الأنشطة: قد يتم تعديل أو تغيير أو استبدال بعض الأنشطة حسب ظروف اليوم أو احتياجات المجموعة.

Course Rules

  • We kindly ask all students to arrive on time for both the beginning and the end of each session.
  • In case the child arrives late, the missed time will not be compensated.
  • Each subscriber is allowed one absence per month, which can be compensated for within the same subscription month. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward to the following month.
  • If the child fails to attend the scheduled make-up session, another make-up date cannot be arranged.
  • Please ensure that you notify us of any absence at least one day before the scheduled session. Same-day cancellations or absences without prior notice will be considered an absence without compensation.
  • If we do not receive a response to our attendance confirmation messages, the session will be considered cancelled due to lack of confirmation and will not be compensated. Once the subscription month ends, the child’s scheduled time will automatically be considered cancelled.
  • Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other course or workshop.
  • Sessions cannot be transferred or carried over to another child.
  • If you wish to pause the course for a period of time, please inform us in advance and make sure to collect your child’s sketchbook. The school is not responsible for any sketchbooks left behind after the child stops attending.
  • The school is not responsible for any paint stains that may occur on clothing. Therefore, please make sure your child wears suitable clothing for the sessions.
  • Children are assigned to teachers according to the decision of the Head Teachers. Teacher assignments cannot be changed without consulting the Head Teachers.
  • All teachers are required to follow the approved academic curriculum, which is divided into progressive Levels according to the skills and requirements of each stage.
  • Students are not permitted to skip any level or move to an advanced level without completing the requirements of their current level, except in exceptional cases that are assessed and approved in advance by the Head Teacher.

Camp Rules

  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions.
  • Camp fees and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits can only be postponed with prior notice (at least 24 hours).
  • 2-day subscriptions must be attended within the same week.
  • Weekly subscriptions can only be used within 2 consecutive weeks.
  • Camp days are counted as full days regardless of arrival time.
  • Missed activities due to late arrival cannot be compensated.
  • Kindly respect drop-off and pick-up timings.
  • We are not responsible for any paint stains on clothes. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for art activities.
  • Toys, mobile phones, smart watches, and valuable items are not allowed inside the camp.
  • No nanny service is provided inside the camp.
  • Please label all personal belongings with the child’s name.
  • A short kids movie may be played after activities or in between if needed.
  • Canteen snacks are allowed only with parental approval.
  • Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for social media posting.
  • Absence without prior notice may not be compensated.
  • For bookings or inquiries, please contact us during working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Messages sent after this time will be answered the following day.
  • Medication will not be administered to children inside the camp unless prior arrangements have been made and parental consent has been provided.
  • The camp is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings brought from home.
  • Children are expected to follow the instructions of teachers and staff and comply with all safety rules during activities.
  • Please inform us in advance if someone other than the parent or authorized guardian will be picking up the child.
  • Activities may be adjusted, changed, or replaced depending on the circumstances of the day or the needs of the group.
